What changed and when – new features, improvements and fixes in the customer area, on the website and in our products.

    • ImprovedWebsite

      Fair use at a glance

The page about our fair rules has been rebuilt: the key numbers at the top, traffic per product line instead of long lists, a small chart showing how throttling works when there is a lot of traffic, and a timeline explaining the CPU rule step by step. Each point now also says what is not allowed and how we notice it.

    • ImprovedOrdering

      Plan changes that fit

If you switch to a smaller Storage Box, backup or web hosting plan, we now check first whether your data fits. If the plan is too small, you see it right in the selection together with the space you use, instead of getting an error after paying. Plans with a longer minimum term only switch to equivalent plans.

    • NewServices

Change plans clearly, for every product

Under “Upgrade” every service lists all plans you can switch to: what changes (old → new), the monthly price and the difference to now. When moving to a smaller plan you decide yourself: keep your disk (depending on the plan with a surcharge) or have it shrunk. If the new plan runs on different hardware, your server moves automatically after payment; your data and IPs stay.

    • NewWebsite

Fair rules for everyone, openly explained

The new “Fair use” page shows exactly how much traffic each plan includes and what happens with sustained high CPU load. In short: we throttle, we do not suspend, and you see everything in advance. On your server page the “Resources” card now also shows the CPU average of the last 6 hours.

    • NewServer

      Give your server a name

Instead of a cryptic address, your server page now shows a name you choose yourself, such as “Minecraft” or “Shop”. It also appears in your service list. You can reset reverse DNS to the default with one click, and the Network tab loads much faster.

    • NewServices

      TeamSpeak with your own banner

For your TeamSpeak server you can now book the option “Own server banner” and set the image and link yourself in the client. Without the option, our default banner stays.

    • NewClient area

      Connect Discord

The menu now has “Connect Discord”. Once your account is linked, it shows your Discord name with a green “connected”, and our bot recognises you on our Discord server.

    • FixedServer

      More precise values

Memory, storage and traffic are now shown as precisely as possible instead of roughly rounded.

    • NewWebsite

Find a domain, even without a name in mind

Our domain search is completely new. Type the name you want, with or without an extension, and you see right away whether it is free. If it is taken, you get ideas based on your name and other free extensions with prices. No name yet? Describe your project in a few keywords and we suggest fitting names with an extension.

    • ImprovedWebsite

      A calmer, clearer website

Fewer boxes, less glow, more room for what matters. The home page is shorter, and every product page now has everything important: the technology behind it, the hardware your service runs on and which plan suits you. How you can pay is now explained on its own page under “Payment”.

    • NewServer

The console now runs right in your browser

If your server cannot be reached via SSH, just open the Console tab on your server page and see its screen, no ticket or extra program needed. Choose between the full picture (noVNC) and a lean text console (Xterm.js). We type text from your clipboard for you, so even a long password lands in the login without typos.

    • NewWebsite

      Build your own server

Not everyone fits our fixed plans. In the new configurator you move the sliders for vCores, memory and NVMe storage to where you need them and see the price instantly. 6, 12 or 24 months make it cheaper. The product menu is now sorted into four clear areas as well.

    • ImprovedServer

      Better overview of running tasks

For backups, restores, snapshots and moves you now see the progress in percent and how long it will take. If your server hangs completely, the new “Reset” button helps. Double clicks no longer trigger a second action, and our messages tell you in a full sentence what is happening and why something did not work.

    • ImprovedServices

Your WireGuard page has been rebuilt

You see at a glance how many devices are connected, how much traffic goes through the tunnel and which endpoint to enter in the app. You add new devices directly, and the QR code and configuration appear right away. You choose yourself whether to use IPv4, IPv6 or both and which DNS server.

    • NewWebsite

      Outages and maintenance made transparent

For every unplanned outage, the status page now shows when it happened, how long it lasted and what caused it. Every service also shows which of our servers it runs on. If we plan maintenance there, you get an email three days in advance.

    • NewClient area

This is where we tell you what is new

So that new things do not appear quietly, we write down here what is new, what has improved and what we have fixed. You also see the three latest entries on the home page of your client area.

    • FixedGeneral

      Many small fixes

Among other things, domain prices now match your net or gross display setting, service pages no longer stay empty, the traffic display shows your values again, and links in the new client area lead where they should.

    • NewClient area

      A new client area

A fixed menu on the left, Ctrl+K to search everything, and tiles on the home page that show how your services are doing. Pin the services you use most to the top. Every product now has its own overview, from game servers to the Storage Box. Adding credit, cancelling and withdrawing have become much easier.

    • NewServer

Your server now has its own page

At the top you see right away whether your server is running and for how long, below that charts for CPU, memory, network, disk and traffic. Start, stop, restart and shutdown are one click away, and the ready-made SSH command is there to copy.

    • NewServer

Backups, firewall and reinstall are now in your hands

Before a big update, just create a snapshot or backup and restore the old state in a few clicks if needed, also on a schedule. You manage the firewall rules yourself, reinstall the operating system when you want, and decide which events we email you about.

    • NewWebsite

What our hardware really looks like

The hardware page has a data sheet for each of our servers with processor, memory, storage and network, read directly from the machines. Every night we measure each server's connection and show the history, each with a link to the result at Speedtest by Ookla. A diagram shows how your server is connected and protected against DDoS attacks.

    • NewProducts

Storage Box and backup are here

For data that does not belong on your server and for backups in a separate place, there is now the Storage Box and our backup offering. Both run on their own storage system with RAID-Z2, so your data survives even two disks failing at once.

    • NewProducts

      Mailboxes with your own domain

You want an address like info@yourcompany.com, but not a whole web hosting plan for it? Then our new mailboxes are just right.

    • NewSecurity

Sign in with a passkey instead of a password

Sign in with your fingerprint, your face or a security key. It is faster and much more secure than a password. You set it up under Security in your account.

    • FixedOrdering

Orders broke off for some products

For products with a limit per customer, checkout could stop with an error. That is fixed.

    • NewOrdering

      Ordering in three clear steps

Every product now has a detail page with terms, options and everything included. From there you go straight to the cart, then to sign-in and a clear summary. Next to every price you see what you pay per month and in total, with and without VAT. Web hosting plans come with their included domains, and you can pre-order new servers.

    • NewProducts

      Our servers are newly organised

There are now three clear lines: Pico for small projects, VPS for most things in between, and RS with dedicated cores for everything that needs steady performance. All run as full KVM machines on data centre NVMe in RAID 10.

    • ImprovedLegal

      Clearer terms and invoices

Our legal texts have been thoroughly revised and are easier to read. The SLA states for each product line which availability we promise, and invoices now simply say “Invoice” instead of “Proforma invoice”.
