How billing works

Invoice before the due date

Your invoice arrives by email 7 days before a service is due and is available as a PDF in the client area.

Term of your choice

Monthly or a longer term – the longer, the cheaper, up to 13 %. You pick the term when ordering.

Tax shown separately

Every invoice shows VAT separately. Prices on the website are shown net, VAT is added on the invoice.

Add credit

You can add credit to your account. New invoices are then paid from it automatically.

Several invoices at once

You can pay open invoices together in one step in the client area.

If something stays open

  • Before a new term begins, we remind you of the invoice by email. We do not send dunning letters and do not charge default interest.
  • If the invoice is not paid when the new term begins, the service is not renewed and ends when the paid term expires. Servers, web space and similar services are then suspended and, after a further five days, irrevocably deleted together with all stored data and backups (Terms, section 5 para. 3).
  • If you pay within these five days, we restore the service with the new term. This is a voluntary offer; there is no entitlement to it or to the period.
  • Contracts concluded before 30 Oct 2026: until 12 Dec 2026 the previous rules on payment, reminders, suspension and credit still apply (Terms, section 5 para. 8).
  • Trouble paying right now? Open a ticket beforehand – we usually find a solution.
