More about our tech

A good fit if you …

… want email on your own domain

No web hosting, no server of your own – just mailboxes that work.

… need mailboxes for family or a club

Up to 100 mailboxes, aliases and catch-all.

… work with your favourite mail app

IMAP, SMTP and JMAP – Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail and phone apps.

How to get started

  1. Pick a sizeOne mailbox is free, you can add more mailboxes and space.
  2. Add your domainWe show you the DNS records to set at your domain provider.
  3. Create mailboxesIn the client area, then set them up in your mail app.

Good to know before you order

  • The mail server runs in a second data centre, separate from the rest of the network – your mail still arrives during an outage there.
  • There is no webmail; you use your usual mail app.
  • Your domain stays with your provider; we set up DKIM automatically.

Questions about Email

Do I need a domain with you?
No. The domain stays where it is, you only set a few DNS records.
Can I bring my old emails?
Yes, for example by dragging the folders from the old to the new mailbox in your mail app. Need help? Write to us.
Are mails backed up?
Yes, daily.
