How quickly is my server available?
Right away. Once your payment arrives, our system provisions the server automatically – usually it is ready within a few minutes. You receive the access details by email and can find them any time in the client area under "My services".
Which operating system can I use?
Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, openSUSE, Alpine, Arch Linux and more – the systems available for a plan are listed on its page under “Available operating systems”. You pick the OS right when ordering; later you can reinstall it yourself in the client area at any time – no ticket, no waiting. You can mount your own ISO via the console.
Can I manage my server at any time?
Yes, directly in the client area: start, reboot, shut down, reinstall, noVNC and Xterm console, snapshots, backups, firewall, network and usage graphs. Around the clock, without involving us.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer (with a GiroCode on the invoice), PayPal and SEPA direct debit. You can also top up credit that settles new invoices automatically. All prices on the website include VAT; every invoice is available as a PDF with an embedded e-invoice.
Are there backups and snapshots?
Yes. In the client area you create backups manually or set up backup schedules – stored on our Proxmox Backup Server without downtime. Snapshots let you freeze the server before changes and roll back if needed.
Where are the servers located?
Exclusively in Germany, in the Maincubes and Firstcolo data centres in Frankfurt am Main. That means low latency for Central Europe, GDPR compliance and DDoS protection included.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Any time to the end of the paid term – directly in the client area, no minimum term. Upgrades to a bigger plan are done there as well, the difference is charged pro rata. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; it expires once the service has been provisioned immediately and in full.
How secure is my account?
You can sign in with a passkey without any password, or enable two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, including a backup code for emergencies. All connections are encrypted, and user management lets you give team members only the permissions they need.
