Fair use

Full performance.
Fair rules, automatically.

Your server may work hard – even for hours. Limits only apply when sustained load slows down other customers on the same host. And then it is throttled, not suspended. Your customer area always shows where you stand.

from 1 TB
traffic per 24 hours – included
6 h
full load before anything is slowed down
0
suspensions for load – we only throttle
24/7
live in your customer area
Trafficrolling 24 hours

Traffic is included. We count the last 24 hours (in and out). If a server goes above, it keeps running with reduced bandwidth until usage drops below 90 % of the limit – automatically, no ticket needed. You get a short e-mail each time.

— limit ▮ throttled ● full bandwidth again (< 90 %)

CPUshared vCores

Compiling, rendering, large imports: high load is allowed. Only when a server uses more than 80 % of its vCores for many hours in a row does anything happen – step by step:

  1. 0 – 2 hall normal, no limit
  2. from 2 hnotice in your customer area
  3. from 4 he-mail to you explaining it
  4. from 6 hlower priority: full power while the host is free
  5. from 12 honly on a fully loaded host: limit to 50 % of the vCores
  6. load dropsafter 1 h below 35 % everything lifts by itself

No CPU rule, because the vCores are yours alone: RS 2 C · 4 GB RAM, RS 2 R · 8 GB RAM, RS 4 C · 8 GB RAM, RS 4 R · 16 GB RAM, RS 8 C · 16 GB RAM, RS 8 R · 32 GB RAM, RS 12 C · 24 GB RAM, RS 12 R · 48 GB RAM, RS 16 C · 32 GB RAM, RS 16 R · 64 GB RAM.

Peaks are fine. Sustained full write load for many hours – such as swap as a substitute for memory – slows down everyone on the same storage. Then we get in touch personally and find a solution with you; often more RAM is enough.

Not allowedon all services
  • Crypto miningin any form, including proof of space and plotting
  • DDoS & network floodingunusually many outgoing packets per second
  • Tor exit nodes & open relaysopen mail relays, DNS resolvers and proxies; spoofing of IP or sender addresses
  • Spam & phishingmass mailing via port 25, entries on blocklists
  • Spreading malwareport scans and reports to our abuse address
  • Continuous speed tests as traffic generatortraffic without purpose, only to burn bandwidth
  • Circumventing limitse.g. spreading load across servers to bypass rules
  • Illegal contentafter a notice or an official order

We suspend immediately here – to protect all other customers and our network. Not sure whether your project fits? Ask us briefly in support first.

Your overviewalways current

On your server page the “Resources” card shows traffic over the last 24 hours with the limit and the CPU average over the last 6 hours. If there is something to know, the notice appears at the top right – long before anything is throttled.
